Parents/Kids:    

1. Homework help is available every morning during zero period. If you can't find a teacher on Thursday morning, help is always available in room 10 (next door to the office). Make sure you get the help (to complete your homework) if you need it.

Grade 6 Homework:

Math: Tessellations were due on Tuesday.  Any that haven't been turned in are now late.  There is no homework assigned for Tuesday night.  We are in the middle of a quiz on the triangle / quadrilateral concepts, and we've been practicing measuring angles.  

 Science:

1. Finish the LATE Periodic Table Word Challenge (this is a graded assignment, so make sure to turn it in by Friday, May 18!)

Social Studies: none

Language Arts: 

Baginski      

1. Read and record "Folktale-5" for story #10 in your assigned folktale book.

2. Work on the "Parent Homework" with a parent (due by Monday, May 21)

 DiLena:

1. Vocabulary Set 12 should be defined if they are not already.  We went over them and the quiz is this Thursday. (It got changed.) 

2.  Any children's books not turned in at this time are now late... very late!  

3. Any students who did not turn in and get back the "Dive Deep" reading requirements scored it is very late.  There are still six students who have not turned these in.

4.  Read your new book for your literature circle group and check out your voicethread options!  Can you add a comment?  : )

Moody:

1. READ 15 MINUTES each and every night. Use Sticky Notes to ask questions as you read.

2. Bring a book to class for silent reading

3. Study for the vocabulary quiz on Thursday.

4. Letter to Self is due on tomorrow - final copy
